Overcoming a victim mentality requires self-reflection, determination, and a commitment to change your mindset. Here are some strategies to help you eliminate victim mentality in
yourself:

1. Acknowledge Your Feelings:

Acceptance: Accept your emotions without judgment. It's okay to feel upset, but it's essential to move forward positively.

2. Take Responsibility:
